In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR), the Service Provider informs the Client of the following.

Purpose:

Provision of the services covered by this Contract, billing for services covered by this Contract, management of answers to questions and requests for information from the Client.

By signing this Agreement, the Client gives his/her express and unambiguous consent to have his/her data processed by the Service Provider.

Legal basis

Execution of the contractual obligations provided for in this Contract.

Recipients and transfers

Transfer to third parties, exclusively in the European Union, in particular to partners, for the purpose of performing the services covered by this Contract.

Data retention period

A maximum of two (2) years after the termination of this Agreement or a longer term if necessary.

Client rights

Exercise of the right of access, rectification, deletion, opposition to personal data, withdrawal of consent, right of limitation of treatment, right of dereference, and right to portability of personal data on request to the following email address:

All requests must be accompanied by a signed photocopy of a valid identity card and state the email address at which the Contractor may contact the interested party. The reply will be sent within one month of receiving the request. This period may be extended by two (2) months if the complexity of the request and/or the number of requests so require.

Complaints to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos https://www.aepd.es/ if the Client considers that the Service Provider does not respect his/her rights provided for in the GDPR.

Safe treatment

Implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect any personal data collected to ensure its confidentiality and to prevent said data from being damaged, distorted, destroyed or disclosed to unauthorized third parties. In the event that the Consultant should have access to personal data for which the Client is the controller, a subcontracting agreement must be signed between the Parties, as provided for in the GDPR.
